Express Service Promise

Downtime costs money, and every hour matters. That's why we strive to complete qualifying custom upfits within 30 days of the build start, provide an Express Diagnosis within two hours of arrival, and perform qualifying Express Repairs (one hour or less) without an appointment whenever possible.

90-Day Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind our workmanship. If a repair fails due to our workmanship within 90 days, we'll correct it at no charge. As an authorized warranty provider for many manufacturers, we also perform OEM warranty repairs in accordance with each manufacturer's guidelines.

In late 2008, after the economy had taken a turn for the worse, TSI was struggling to create a profit and for the first time in 24 years of business layoffs were necessary. In a time while TSI was struggling to survive, Vicki Moore received an email invitation to an "Economic Upturn" seminar from Marketplace Solutions. After attending the seminar and much prayer for wisdom our call was clear - Transform TSI to help fulfill the Great Commission.

"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen."

Growing upon TSI original Mission Statement to"... conduct business in an ethical manner upholding Christian values" we decided to integrate these values further into the business. Despite scepticism and doubtfulness around us, we put TSI in God's hands to do whatever He willed and on May 6th 2009, we officially dedicated TSI to the ministry work of the Lord. We also chose to tithe from any future net profits. By end of the same month we experienced a significant enough Net Profit to erase all previous year to date losses. We have no doubt it was all God's doing!

He said, "And thereby put me to the test, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour down for you a blessing until there is no more need."

Do you know that God sent Jesus Christ, His only Son, so that we might have new, everlasting life? The Bible tells us, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16 ESV). By His death and resurrection, Jesus paid for our salvation. He broke the power of sin and death, making it possible for us to have everlasting life.

Jesus did something no one else could do because of who He is. Being without sin, He became the substitute for our sins, and by doing so, He has removed the wall that blocked our relationship with God. He took our penalty, our sins were put on Him and He took our guilt.

Your relationship with Him can start today, and you can have life abundantly, now and forever. Jesus took the punishment that we deserve when He died on the cross and rose from the dead. Because of Jesus our sins can be forgiven, forgotten, and we can have the promise of eternal life with God in heaven.

We are told "if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.."

"Father, I know that I sinned. Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer.
